Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life, one you have dreamed about for months or even years, but with organising not only your budget, venue, and catering but also all the little extra details that will really wow your guests it can be a stressful time and can feel overwhelming. We are here to ensure that all stress is removed from you, and with nearly 20 years of experience in the events industry, we know how to approach this!
We are able to offer bespoke packages to each couple to enable us to offer as little or as much support as you require. We spend time with all of our couples to ensure we really get to know each other and can deliver the dream day that you deserve. Details are below, but we are extremely flexible so just drop us an email and tell us what works for you.
Full Planning
Stress-free wedding planning
Full planning is exactly as the name suggests! After meeting with you both we will start to put together a vision to create a wedding that reflects you, within your budget.

For each aspect we will suggest three suppliers, until we find the perfect fit for you. We take time to make sure that each element blends perfectly to create a unique day. We will take care of all the wedding admin, and are happy to work in a way that suits you , we are here to remove the stress from you, and being flexible in our approach allows us to do just that!

We will create budgets, keep on top of payments, negotiate contracts and take care of
your events licences. We will collate rsvp's and dietary requirements and will suggest
room layouts.

We work in a very collaborative way, we will work with you to make sure every element and design is perfect.
​
Investment; Wedding planning is an investment of approximately 10% of your overall budget, subject to a minimum fee of £4500.
On-the-day Coordination
Taking the stress away in the final month before the big day
After many months, possibly years, of planning this service allows you to pass responsibility over leaving you free to enjoy your wedding day and the final run up.
​
We spend time with each couple creating an in-depth timeline for the day, and take over last minute arrangements with your suppliers and venue so you can relax knowing you have the support of experienced event managers. We have a selection of packages, offering a variety of levels of support.

Mini Coordination
This is perfect for couples who don't need us on hand for the whole day, but want the worry of setting up taken away. We are on hand for the final two weeks prior to the wedding. We contact suppliers, check they are working to the correct timelines and iron out any last minute issues.​
​
On the day we will be there to set up, we'll check everything is where it is supposed to be, lay out name cards and set up your decorations, so you can enjoy getting ready with your bride tribe / groomsmen! We will be on hand until after the ceremony, when we will hand you over to your venue or caterers. ​

Full Coordination​
We are on hand for the final month prior to the wedding, leaving you free to celebrate with your loved ones. We create a detailed timeline to send to all of your suppliers, we check everyone is working to the right times, knows parking arrangements and we iron out any last minute problems.
​
We will arrange to view your venue together, you can walk us through how you envisage it looking, it's helpful for both of us.
​
On the day we will be there to set up, just as you would like, and make sure all of your suppliers are where they are supposed to be at the right time, while you sip champagne with your wedding party!

Luxury Coordination
Our luxury package includes everything you get with our coordination package. But on top of this if you need supplier suggestions during the planning process this is included. We create a detailed timeline, check in with suppliers to make sure we are all working to the same times.
​
Also included is a welcome sign, table plan sign, menus for your tables and name cards for places. We can also provide reserved signs for your ceremony - you need to make sure your bridesmaids have someone to sit at the end of that aisle! As well as log, bud vase & fairylight table centres for up to 10 tables.

On the day we will be there to make sure your suppliers know where to set up and how the day will run, we will set up your decor, name cards and table centres and make sure the day runs like clockwork.
